Accessing Community Resources

 

Community Liaison Program

The goal of the Community Liaison Program is to triage community resources for community members to meet basic needs.

Services offered within the program include (but are not limited to):

  • Community resource access
  • Medicaid/BadgerCare Plus (troubleshooting and application assistance)
  • Assistance may be available based on donations received; typical categories of assistance include meeting the needs of women in crisis, transportation needs for women, assistance for people with breast cancer, and other health or situation-related needs
